By using this app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app on your own. If you are 16 or 17, you may use the app with permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the app. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet one of these requirements.
3. Purpose of the App
This app is built for personal budgeting and financial tracking. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
4. Beta Status
The app is currently in beta. It may contain bugs, features may change without notice, and data may occasionally be reset or migrated as we improve the product. We will do our best to communicate significant changes in advance.
5. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Please notify us promptly at info@blankee.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Bank Connections
If you choose to link a bank account, the connection is provided through a third-party aggregator (Quiltt). We never see or store your banking login credentials. The connection is read-only — we cannot move money or initiate transactions on your behalf. You can disconnect any linked account from your profile at any time.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the app. This includes attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service, accessing accounts that aren't yours, or using the app for any unlawful purpose.
8. Data and Privacy
We do not sell your personal data. Your information is stored securely and used only to operate and improve the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring any information you enter is accurate. We are not liable for errors in your data or decisions made using the app.
10. Service Availability
We make no guarantees that the app will always be available, error-free, or suitable for your needs. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app, including any reliance on data shown in the app or interruptions to the service.
12. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to harm the service or other users. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
13. Intellectual Property
The blankee app, name, logo, branding, and content are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written permission.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes. We will update the "Last updated" date below whenever changes are made.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
